- Take Garnished with chopped spring onions

Season the pork generously with salt and pepper on all sides. In a large heavy pot, the oil over medium heat until the oil is shimmering and hot. Add the pork, being careful not to crowd the pot (brown the pork in shifts, if needed). Add the pork, red pepper, and onion.

- Add the Ardennes patè, mix it up and add a cupful of water, then lower the heat, cover the pan with the lid, stirring occasionally.
- Cooked for a further 30-40 minutes or when pork is tender and sauce has thickened.
- Seasoned with fish sauce and add more ground black pepper if need be.
- Final touch, add the sliced peppers, cover and remove from heat.
- Serve with veggies, add a dollop of sour cream plus garnishes and a sliced of Banana Bread.
